Volunteer Opportunities with Mosaic
Mosaic is an all-volunteer organization. We count on our members to lead activities, help organize events, and help run and guide the club. Volunteering is a great way to make new friends, be part of the growing Mosaic community, and contribute in a vital way to the success of our organization. You can also gain valuable experience in events organizing, leadership development, and outdoor skills and knowledge.
If you have ideas or suggestions for interesting or fun activities that you’d like to help organize, we’d love to hear from you! Please contact our Program Director. We also invite you to attend our monthly Board meetings, where you can learn more about the club and opportunities for volunteering. The date of the next Board Meeting is listed under Event Schedule, you can contact the President, for more information.
In addition to open board of director’s positions and Trip Coordinator opportunities, current MOMC of Massachusetts volunteer opportunities include:
- Jewish Holiday event planner/consultant
- Help plan our Chanukah party, Tu B’shavat Seder or other holiday specific events for the club
- Writing articles for our bi-monthly newsletter
- Activity leaders for our annual picnic.
