MOMC TC Trip Reimbursement Policy

We will add up the "wholesale" total cost of the trip, including per person costs and a proportion of the fixed costs, 

allowing for any free rooms, meals, etc granted to the group. 

We would then add up to 7.15% towards a TC trip subsidy. This works out to one free trip if there at least 15 participants.

The Board will set the final retail price of all trips which it approves. Stipulating that there is no TC trip subsidy for fewer 

than ten participants, it would be proportional (i.e. 2/3 subsidy for 10, sliding up to full at 15). If there are two leaders, 

this would continue in proportion up to 30 participants, when there are two full trip subsidies. Of course, no TC can receive 

greater than 100% subsidy for the trip. This will be split among the TCs evenly unless otherwise spelled out in advance 

(where they agree that the workload is different). If there are more than two TCs, the same total subsidy would be 

applied in proportion to all of them.

This is contingent on all receipts and records required by the Treasurer being received in a timely manner.
